5.1. Shipping Charges
For all online orders with a cost of €100 and up, shipping costs are free.
For orders with a cost of less than €100 the shipping costs are €4.
5.2. Shipping Methods
Orders are sent by a private courier company.
All orders are shipped the next business day from the date they are made. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the distributor will leave a note with the contact details of the company, so that you can arrange to go again at a time that will serve you best.
